We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. This site collects information from users at several different points on this Web site.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on this site, the user might not have to log in using a password more than once, thereby saving time while on this site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use this site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of this site. For example, the user might not be able to participate in a forum (if we have one). Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use my referral service (if present) for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. This site will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. This site stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact us to request the removal of this information from our databases.

Updating Personal Information & Opt-Out Requests

If you wish to make corrections to any personally identifiable information you have provided or wish to opt out from receiving marketing-related communications, you may contact us at support@m-1realty.com. You may also opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link contained within each email. We will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, make the requested change in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that requests may take up to 30 days, and we may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features of our services.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so my users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail.
